I have always gone to the Bathurst and Lawrence location. I was in the mall so I thought do a pedicure here. I asked the lady for a design she on my big toe. She was like flower I said no anything else. So she did a flower anyway and it wasn't even a nice one. When I was done after 5 minutes she rushed me to get up and pay when there was no one there and many chairs were free. Usually at Bathurst and Lawrence location they let me stay until I'm ready and never rushed me out. I felt she was very rude so I gave her no tip
I was at your spa this week (Monday - July 21 ) with a friend. The woman (who attended to me wears glasses) and must be in her 50s or more cut off my right big toe. I didn't say anything at the time. But today I noticed that my toe is swollen and infected. I feel pain when I walk, and this has made me very stressed and sad. I think the ideal would be for you to refund my $37.00.

I did pedicure with shellac on my toe nails 2 days ago, i was very disappointed. She forgot to put topcoat shine. The service awful, she did it so quick that she didn't even clean my toe. I will never go to this location even its free and i don't recommend anyone going there. There are better location.
I had a very disappointing experience at Nails For You. I went in for eyebrow grooming, and they ended up shortening one of my eyebrows significantly more than the other. When I politely pointed this out, the staff member was extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of acknowledging the mistake or offering any solution, she insisted that "your eyebrows are like this only" — which was clearly untrue — and then told me not to come back again. Not only was the service unprofessional, but the attitude was shockingly disrespectful. I’ve never been treated so poorly at a salon. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for quality service or basic courtesy.
Did may nails with Cindy and she made it beautifully. Unfortunately one fingernail polished chipped 2 a day after and when I called they are very nice to tell me that they will fix it for me.
First shellac I got here lasted 3 weeks minimum without one chip despite going abroad and being rough with nails. Second Shellac I returned 3 times in under one week due to constant chipping. The nails did not last more than 1 week. For this second treatment I did not travel and I do not do manual labour work so it should have lasted just as long. Although the girls were open to fixing it all three times, it didn't help because they continued to chip afterwards despite the fixing. Its unfortunate because I paid extra for designs and jewels. I would recommend this salon if you are in the area / in the mall (over the other nail salon here). You will have to take your chances on the duration of the nails since my first experience was excellent for duration and the second not so much. I find the girls here kind and they do their best to do the work.
