I love my starry night nails ? the esthiacan named Lyn she did such a great job. This was my first time coming here and she even gave me a hand massage as well. She deserved a very generous tip for doing such a great job with the stars ? designs on my nails 2nd review: I got my nails done for Christmas ? once again Lyn did an amazing job with my nails I absolutely love them especially how she drew the snowflakes and stars
If I could rate this place zero stars, I would in a heartbeat. I highly suggest saving your money and getting your nails done at a different nail salon. I’m super disappointed and dissatisfied with their services. Very unprofessional and also got cuts on my toes. Not worth it at all.
I’ve never written a review before, but I honestly felt I had to this time because I’m really disappointed with the service here and wouldn’t recommend this place at all. I’ve been coming here for a few months, mainly because it’s close to my place and I don’t always have time to go somewhere else farther . But every single time, there’s been an issue with how they’ve done my nails. I’ve never left there happy. I ask for something and they end up doing something completely different. The staff are so rude and don’t seem to know how to communicate with clients properly. Today I called that I want to fix my nails because the guy who did them a while ago didn’t do a good job. On the phone and when I went there, I explained that my nails WERE NEW but already loose and catching hair every time I shower. The lady with glasses (not sure what her name is) completely ignored me and spoke to me really disrespectfully. Then I had to wait for about half an hour for another girl to show up. When she finally came, she checked my nails but didn’t say a word and just started talking on the phone in another language for ages, and I had no idea what was going on. Then she told me to talk to her “boss,” who was even worse. The “boss” told her that they can’t do anything unless I get a refill on top of what I explained!!!! And then when I said again that my nails are new, the “boss” told her to put glue on my nails… seriously? The whole experience was so disrespectful and unprofessional. Honestly, they barely have any clients, and that should’ve been a red flag from the start. But I kept giving them chances, thinking maybe they’d improve once they knew me as a client. Nope. They clearly don’t care and definitely don’t deserve another chance. Disgusting behaviour!!!
This is my 2nd time here , it was a great experience both times staff is friendly, I am completely satisfied & would definitely recommend. Wenny is a true professional pays attention to detail & really takes pride in her craft Thank you Wenny !!!!! Keep up the great work!!!!!??❤️?
I did my nails here and i would never come back. They did their best but they didnt trim my nails. Put on gels on top my uneven nails and after the gel the gel wasnt very even. The nails was fine other wise. They did their best design for free too and looked good. Therefore giving them 3 star and good after care.
Made an appointment for noon today. Told me to come back in 20 minutes. Another customer said they could come back, attendant said no. I have another appointment at 1pm . Disrespectful and felt that I didn't matter. Never going back!
