I have been a regular client at this salon for the past three years, always coming here for my bio gel refills. This time, Kit did my nails. Unfortunately, after only five days, my nails began to chip. I came back to the salon to explain the situation and request a fix. However, I was told that because it was the 7th day, the guarantee no longer applied, and they refused to take responsibility. As a result, I had to pay an additional $20 just to fix two nails. At this point, I am extremely disappointed with both the service and the lack of care shown. I will not be returning here again.
moon is an amazing nail technician she is incredibly talented. everyone is welcoming and friendly great experience and would recommend anyone to come here.
I went to get a shellac manicure and pedicure on Sunday with Kit. Within 4-5 days, my nails started to chip. I’ve never had shellac chip. I’ve been getting shellac manicures for 10 years and it last 3 weeks. I work an office job so there is no manual labour to chip them off. I called and the girl who answered was aggressive. She insisted that they tell every client they have 7 days to get their nails fixed if there is an issue. A complete lie. No one told me that nor people I saw paying and leaving while getting my nails done. She said if I called a day prior they would’ve fixed it for free. The worst customer service experience. I got my nails done to return to work and my birthday. They didn’t even last a week. I do not think they applied shellac manicure and probably just applied cheap nail polish. I never leave negative reviews. I have to so no one else experiences this.
I've been to Organic Nail Bar for a couple years now. Tracy is so talented and always takes good care of my nails? Amazing salon. Highly recommended!???
the first picture is what i got when asking for the second picture. i only get these nails done and this is the worst ever job. i left once they couldnt shape my nails and went to Savage Nails to take these off and get a new set. i paid $130 for this half assed nail job. since they’ve responded calling me a liar- here is the FULL STORY. i walked in and asked for a full set and pedi. the person who did the pedicure could hardly do a french pedicure properly. every time i’d ask for a thicker, more visible line they’d just repainted the same line leaving it thin and unseeable. eventually i got fed up and said its fine, just get it done please. bad service. $60 down the drain there. then, we’re not done yet! they sat me down to do my full set and they LIED about being able to do the set they agreed to. bad service. after speaking up the girl starting talking shit in her language instead of English, getting upset that she cant do what my normal nail tech does instead of speaking in a language we can both understand to correct the problems or agreeing to a new idea that she could do. Bad service. i told her just finish shaping and put a top coat and ill go. the picture is her FINISHED SHAPE WITHOUT A TOP COAT. Another $70 gone there! this place is terrible, rude and untalented. go else where for better service. i’d recommend savage nails if you’re downtown or in the south west. they value their customers, are excited to service people and do a fabulous job with their talents and abilities.
This was my first time getting nail extensions (I still kept them pretty short because I usually keep my nails to the bed) and they held up really well! I don’t remember the name of my technician but she did a great job - I got bio-gel cat eye and I got tons of compliments. I got them removed after two and a half weeks because I was having trouble functioning with longer nails and I was surprised at how healthy my nails were still. I have naturally very thin nails so I expected them to break really easily after the gel was filed off but they’re still in tact. There are a lot of really harsh reviews I’ve read but overall I found the service to be good and everyone was nice.
This has been my go-to nail spot for 2 years. Even though I moved away from the area, I still come to this salon for my nails. I've tried other salons but they just don't compare. I get dipping powder with nail art with Lynn. She is professional and so talented. My manicures often last 3+ weeks and she is always happy to accommodate the designs I want to try. She even did my wedding nails! I'm always so satisfied with my manicures from this ONB location and always get compliments on my manicures.
