My boyfriend and I went for pedicures and we’re both dissapointed. They left dead skin and do not scrub the bottom our our feet for more then 30 seconds. Very disappointing as we are going away and will have to go our toes done somewhere else.
I brought my daughter and 8 of her friends for a birthday activity and the staff were so friendly, accommodating, and patient. Lots of questions were asked by the group. We did the kids mani/pedi combo and everyone was excited and happy. It was an incredibly positive experience. Huge thank you to the staff for being so wonderful and helping create such an amazing and memorable experience for these kids.
Very nasty receptionist. Demeanign attitude. Dont think just because you speak in your language that other people dont understand that you are speaking of them. This community needs to be humbled.
I would give them zero stars if it was available. Been going for years. This summer a new lady did my nails and she did an awful Job. So bad I had to go to another salon to correct it. They told me to email management which I did four times. They still have not had the decency to respond to my emails. They don’t care about customer service. They just want money.
I had been a client of the salon for several months, but the quality has significantly dropped during my last two visits. I’m not sure if it’s the product they’re using, but it’s been just a week since I redid my bio gel nails, and they’re already peeling off. There’s also a gap that allows dirt to get in. Unfortunately, I’ll have to find a new salon. 2025-09-29: I tried once again to give this salon a chance, asked for a regular polish. I had it done on Saturday and by Sunday my nail was already like this. There’s no way I’m going back there, terrible service.
I'm really upset that after six days my nails started chipping. I have a Christmas design on them and the tree has started to break on my nail. I felt like they were in a rush to get me out as they took 20mins to do my nails. I have never had a manicure where they don't clean your nails or soak them. They weren't cheap and to have them chip 6 days in is super disappointing.
I love this nail salon. They are very caring and I always leave happy and satisfied. I haven’t gotten much nail art done but what’s on their Instagram is beautiful! Very easy to book an appointment or walk in. Also very well priced! Check it out. Update: I go to this salon to get my nails done once a month and they’ve never disappointed. I bring in pictures of all sorts of colours and designs and they always replicate it beautifully. Not too expensive either. Cannot recommend this place enough.
