Terrible experience, they need to change team member. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and they still managed to mess that up. Never coming back again
Had a great experience! They were able to book me in the same day I called. Helen did a beautiful job on the mani-pedi (regular polish), and definitely add-on the 30min foot massage—it'll melt the stress away! Friendly gals who work there.
I've been coming to this salon for a little under a year now for gel, regular, and shellac manicures, and I've always had a good experience with different technicians. Last time, I was scheduled with Kara, and honestly, those were the best nails of my life! The shape, the color, the way she layered the polish so thin and even, it was just perfect. Today she did my refill, and I asked for a slightly more complicated ombre design. Once again, everything turned out very nice. So happy I got connected with someone who’s not only super skilled but also great at working with different styles and ideas. My experience was really good with them!
Nail salon? More like a side quest hub. I called ahead like a responsible adult™️ and said, “Hey, I’m in a hurry, just need a quick nail fix.” They were like, “Yeah yeah come in, 30–40 mins tops.” Lies. Lies and delusion. I get there, and the girl doing my nails is doing everything except my nails. Picking up calls? Fine. But also opening the door, taking payments, scheduling appointments, probably doing someone’s taxes in the back — girl was BUSY, just not with me. I even downgraded from a full pedicure to just a color change to help them out. They still charged me $40 (when the full pedicure is $50?? math not mathing). I kept my mouth shut through the chaos, but when she left again to open the door, I said “I’m actually running late, I’d appreciate—” and she CUT ME OFF like my time meant nothing and said, “I’ll just remove your nail paint and you can leave” Sis, at that point you already ruined my nails. Might as well finish the job. She didn’t shape them, didn’t clean off the old polish properly, and even gave me a lovely souvenir cut on my toe. Love that for me. I wish I could attach a pic — my nails look like I painted them blindfolded.
Loved my visit and Celine was such a professional and did such a wonderful job with my nails, she read my mind and did exactly what I had in mind, definitely will book with her again❤️
The space is clean, airy, and beautifully designed. The staff is friendly, skilled, and so attentive. Pearl Nail Bar is the perfect place to relax after a long day!
Had a very pleasant time here!! I had provided a reference photo and Amy was able to replicate it almost perfectly. She spent a lot of time making sure all my nails were even/straight and smooth. I do not frequently get my nails done however was very impressed compared to other places I had been to. As a nail newbie she answered my many questions and helped me pick the best service for myself. Will definitely be coming back! One other thing to mention is I was able to send them a message through instagram DM and provide a photo of the nails and get a quote for that exact design before going in which was super convenient!!
