I went there with my friend and we had a really bad experience the staff were so bad and she even tried to beat my friend while we tell her to fix what she did and police were so involved
I went there today for my eyebrows and upper lips….one of my eye is completely burnt….I am unable to open my eye. It is burning so much. At that time when I felt I even screamed but the tech said oh its okay. But I felt very hot. Then after some time it was hurting so much and now I can not leave it open for even 15 minutes. I am using so much ice to keep it calm. Worst service ever. If I was able to give negative reviews I would have surely given that but beware of such untrained staff.Please talk to me and do something for this. I am in pain guys. Please help me. Maybe you have some solution to this. I will be thankful to you.Give me any contact detail I can send you the picture of my eye at this time. You can notice there are burns at three small places as well.
Beware of the positive online reviews, as they can be misleading. This nail salon is far from genuine. The moment I stepped in, an unsettling feeling washed over me. The atmosphere was chaotic, and the staff seemed overwhelmed and lacking order. My pedicure was rushed, leaving me with uneven nails and poorly applied polish. It came to light that they employ fabricated reviews to deceive potential customers. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this establishment at all costs.
I would not give this salon even one star if that was possible. It’s clear from many of the recent reviews that the quality of their service has declined. I first went to this salon in December 2021. I was pleased with my nails and went there every month, sometimes twice per month for all of 2022 and then a bit less frequently this year as I stopped doing biogel. Even though I was a regular, loyal customer, I never got the sense that I was welcome. I should clarify that a couple of the nail techs are quite nice but the owner (Eva) and manager (Carmen) wouldn’t even bother acknowledging me - not unless I said hi. Furthermore, it was practically pointless to book an appointment. I used the online system each time only to wait at least 15 minutes each time to get started and then to be rushed through the appointment with two nail techs working on me (one on hands, one on feet, which isn’t in itself the problem but I should be given an option because it ultimately does lead to feeling like a more rushed and less relaxing experience). I must also mention that it’s very obvious how white customers are prioritized and catered to. I know there are many layers to that reality and I tried to have compassion when I experienced or witnessed this but I reached my limit on this one too. The pictures below are from my most recent visit and it was the last straw. I chose not to go with shellac and while waiting for my nails to dry I was told it was fine, I should be okay. Of course it wasn’t enough time, so I got a few chips almost right away. I shouldn’t have to do shellac for my to last even a few days and I shouldn’t have been rushed out of the salon. Anyway, overall I am very disappointed because I wanted to like this salon. I’d say the nails techs are mostly good, it is clean in appearance and you can probably get a walk in appointment at any time but it is not enough to offset the very unfriendly, disrespectful customer service that I put up with for over a year.
Pedicure peeled off just hours after my appointment ended. Also, I got a pale peachy colour and it turned dark purple the next day. Also was concerned with hygiene: the woman doing my pedicure touched the bottom of her chair to fix one of the wheels and then continued my pedicure without changing her gloves. Overall disappointed
Didn’t have the best experience the first time going there (shellac chipping the next day) but turned out great this time! Probably depends who you get- I had Carmen this time:)
