I had a great experience at this place. Got a manicure with shellac and a regular pedicure. Unfortunately, the pedicure polish wasn’t fully dry when I left, and it smudged shortly after. I returned the next day, and the staff kindly fixed it for free without any hassle. I really appreciate their professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction. Great service overall! I would highly recommend!
Today I went to this place to get my manicure and pedicure and start a relaxing Saturday which obviously got ruined by the poor service they provided. The lady who was doing my manicure was so amateur that I had to stop her after I saw how terribly she has filed my left hand’s nails. I am not sure if these people are being properly trained. I can do my nails at home much better but in order to save time and treat myself I go and ask someone do to a very normal manicure!! So I don’t even need any special and difficult service by they are not even able to provide a basic service!!! We all work hard and deserve to get a quality service. If you don’t want to throw your money out do not go this place. They must work on their skill set and their pricing !!! Too expensive for a terrible service.
Mia is my go to lady every month for brows. The salon is clean and welcoming and always does an amazing job with my brows and nails. The service is great
l don't like this nail salon.because business is not honest business is.not honest.speaksweetly in front of the customer .behind the customer's back, treat them with delicious Vietnamese food
Was looking for a new spot and drawn here due to the ratings. The place was fine - clean, and staff was friendly, price seemed fair. Found the end result average and shorter service than what was used to but that could have been as it was end of evening. If you fare getting regular, heads up, not much Colour selection but did look like was a much better selection for shellac.
I’ve been here many times as it’s close to where I live, but found very inconsistent quality depending on who performs the service. My last experience was another frustrating one, and thus likely my last. I had a shellac manicure done, and the lady that did my service did not want to do an almond shape on my nails. First she did oval, and said that after trimming my nails, they were too short for almond. However a few weeks ago, one of the ladies there had done them beautifully almond-shaped and as short nails, which was why I had come back. I mentioned this, then she proceeded to make the shape into triangles as though they were 2D not 3D, and crooked and different lengths. I had asked her 5 times to correct the crookedness, but she would just file around the top for a few seconds lightly. It was frustrating as it felt like she wasn’t listening. I was patiently trying to explain and asking her fellow coworkers if maybe she couldn’t understand. But no one was helping out and it made me feel bad for standing up for the quality of what I was paying for. I ended up having to ask her for the file and filling down the nails to a consistent length and trying to make them less crooked. When it came to colour, she was trying to rush me and kept asking me to decide while she had my hands on the table so I couldn’t even turn to see the colours. I asked her for my hands back so I could take a few minutes to look at the colours and she became very upset. Even the water she put my hands in was cold. I was beyond disappointed and frustrated with this. Nails are the one thing I like to do for myself for self care, and so this was quite disheartening.
Very very poor service. I will never ever book an appointment here. Because booking an appointment does not mean anything. They will still make you wait endlessly without anyone attending or guiding you as they do not value any customer's time. Simply disappointing.
