I am very happy with the service here and recommend booking Reena, she is very enthusiastic and meticulous. Everyone in the shop is also very nice. I am very satisfied with the service here.
Had good expectations for this place, nail chipping in the first week, staff was a little rude and the overall outcome was not that worth the 70$. Maybe I will try again, but for now I’ll be going to the other place within the building.
I’ve visited this salon a few times and always loved the manicures, so despite leaving for Europe next week, I decided to try a pedicure as well. Unfortunately, this experience was a disappointment. I requested OPI Funny Bunny polish, but was told the only white available was from DND. Uhh sure I agreed, but after the polish was applied, the technician tried to put a cloth sock over my feet—my toes were still separated by spacers, so she asked a colleague for help. Predictably, the sock smudged my big toe. (not sure why she didn't put this before the polish) To my shock, instead of removing and redoing the polish, she just layered more on, making the nail thick and uneven. I insisted that she remove the polish and start fresh. The technician seemed surprised, but re did it, only for the result to be even worse: there was a noticeable blob and missing polish on the side of my nail. I felt like I was being pranked. Back at the manicure station, I couldn’t stop looking at my toe, so I got up the courage to ask if it could be fixed again. The technician refused, saying she had another client coming. Frustrated, I messaged the salon’s Instagram account and eventually spoke with the owner. The staff denied responsibility and falsely claimed I had ruined the polish by touching it. I asked for all the polish to be removed and made it clear that I would only pay for the pedicure service, not the polish. The whole situation was beyond frustrating! i thought i found a new salon but i will not be going here again.
I highly recommend this salon. Chinh is a wonderful nail tech. She was able to recreate the design I wanted perfectly, and she offered suggestions on how to customise it to suit my nails. She worked so fast, my gelx and intricate design was complete in under 2 hours. The pricing is extremely reasonable, I'll be coming back. UPDATE: 6 weeks later the nails have not chipped, the designs look just as good as the day I got them. Highly recommend this salon!
My friend and I wanted to get our nails done and we booked an appt here that got confirmed quickly. My friend had to do an acrylic removal + shellac and I, a shellac removal + shellac, so she went first as hers will take a bit longer. My service started about 20 minutes after my friend got started and finished in about an hour, but near the end it felt rushed because another customer was waiting and they asked me to move right away so they can start on the other customer ..but what is making me give a 1 star was the fact that after I was done, I turn around to where my friend was and they were still in the process of removing the acrylic.. haven't even got to shaping her nails, nor started painting them. Her service lasted a good 2.5 hrs. They were nice enough to give a discount, but we won't be back, unfortunately.
Very disappointed with this place :/ Lack of accountability. Fast to say “not a real customer” when receiving any negative feedback. Learn to listen to all your clients, just overall foul behaviour on the internet.
Do not go here! First they made me wait 35 mins, then they were extremely unprofessional throughout. The lady gossiped and scrolled on her phone the entire time. Simple nail extensions (no design) took 3 hours because they decided to each lunch in the middle of doing my nails. Absolutely terrible service.
