I had an amazing experience at this salon! I got a gel manicure done by Katryna K, and she is truly incredible. She was gentle, attentive, and very professional. My nails turned out absolutely perfect — the shape, the color, and the quality are all beyond expectations. The salon itself is clean, cozy, and welcoming. The atmosphere is relaxing, and the service is top-notch from start to finish. I felt cared for the entire time. I highly recommend this place and especially Katryna K. I will definitely be coming back!
I went in for a pedicure today and left very disappointed. It was the most expensive pedicure I’ve ever paid for, and the experience did not match the price at all. First, the chairs didn’t even have a massage function, which is standard in many places that are actually much more affordable. What surprised me the most was that they didn’t soak my feet before starting. Everything was done dry, and they only used water to rinse off the exfoliant, something I’ve never experienced before. They also didn’t file my feet by hand; they only used a machine, and now that I’m home I can still feel the calluses. My feet definitely don’t feel as smooth as they usually do after a pedicure. I chose their most expensive pedicure expecting a more relaxing experience, but they didn’t even give me the massage they advertised. Honestly, I’ve paid half the price at other places and received much better service. I won’t be coming back.

Loved this spot!!! I came here for a client meet and greet with my company, the owner was so so kind and thorough loved the Apperal spritz was so good best one I’ve ever had really worth it! The greeting very kind very welcoming and warm. I got serviced by Marina i believe she was amazing very very talented and took her time with everything! My colleague and clients also loved there techs and experience we all said this definitely is a gem really worth it if you’re an avid manicure/pedicure person (which i am) very clean tools are sterilized and opened in-front of you so so appreciate that the hand scrub and lotion massage with hot towel at the end was such a highlight. Definitely coming back and possibly making this my new go-to. You truly get the high-end luxe salon experience here! Thank you Vie Nails for treating myself and clients so great! Edit: Unfortunately after coming back myself, I’m dissatisfied and disappointed. The staff is pleasant but my tech was half hour delayed on my appointment and it felt rushed because now time was shortened even though i came in early. Of course tech and front desk apologized but it doesn’t fix the way i felt as a client. The person before me had finished pedicure about 5 minutes after my allotted time which was fine! but client was saying something about there hand polish my tech then took them back and redid there hand polish which I found wasn’t fair as I came on time for my appointment. I felt that client should’ve gotten reseated and waited for another tech once freed up to service. My appointment was supposed to start at 2:15 but was delayed till 2:45. I was alloted on my appointment when I booked 2:15 till 3:25 my pedicure started at 2:45 and finished at 3:30 i felt like it was rushed wasn’t done with precision as my previous experience was. I feel that with a luxury salon and pricey prices unfortunately only kindness from techs won’t do, I need my service to be up to standard and just didn’t feel that way. I totally understand these things happen and it’s unavoidable but a client that came in on time shouldn’t be punished for it. There should be room and time in the schedule for situations sometimes having back to back appointments causes these issues and maybe this was a one time but left a bad impression personally. I apologize for changing my review but I feel that I should be honest with other people who travel or will travel far to the salon like myself.
