Got my citizenship fingerprints done here today. Blake was friendly and made everything fast and easy. I was in and out within 20 minutes. A bit pricey at $67, but overall great service.
Called to inquire about their service and was thoroughly put off by the tone of the person who answered the phone. One would assume that most people getting paperwork notarized are in unfamiliar territory - in my opinion, in such a case the basics of good customer service includes informing potential customers whether or not they have everything needed for a particular application. When I asked the person who answered whether they was familiar with this particular application, they responded “we charge by the document, it doesn’t matter how many documents there are.” I then tried to clarify that I understood that, but wanted to make sure I had the right documents with me, she very dismissively repeated the sentence. Feeling like I had indeed been dismissed by a superior authority, I thanked her, got no response, and hung up.
Extremely convenient and efficient service for getting documents and ID notarised. All staff members were friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this location.
