I visited ErgoCentric for the first time about a year ago. Picked up a standing desk and new chair and loving it! My colleague liked my setup so much, that she ordered the exact same thing. Fast forward a year and now a number of my colleagues have sat in my chair . . .They wanted one too so I've now ordered 2 more chairs. The service by Matthew at the store and everyone else that I have talked to has been amazing. I would highly recommend this store for all of your ergo needs!
Checked out competition nearby on Ling Street and was not impressed. Very high cost import chairs OR cheap import alternative. ergo Centric chairs very comfortable and priced realistically. Also made in Canada and well researched for comfort.
I love the two chairs I bought from ergoCentric. They’re a bit on the premium end but tbh, chairs are worth the investment when you work long hours. Huge shout out to Glen who jumped on FaceTime and gave me customer service help while figuring out chair controls. I went with them because they’re good quality, felt good while sitting and they make it in Canada! Instead of buying from a US firm, I figured it’s best to support businesses at home. Very happy with my purchase.
I got my chair during Covid, it’s still in amazing condition. Also got a mouse which is also still working well. I had a great experience and wanted to share to support the team.
I knew going in what chair I wanted. Matthew was extremely helpful in finalizing the details and the chair even arrived 2 weeks early! Excellent experience!
I am glad my wife put me on to ergoCentric. They were able to walk me through all my options and help me to find the chair that worked best for me. Net result: BEST, CHAIR, EVER. Highly recommended.
Horrible follow up and customer treatment. Took my heart out of the product I wanted to purchase. 2stars only cause they have great chairs. So I walked in to the store and spoke to Greg (something). He helped me out and explained the chairs they have, which are excellent by the wwy. Products are great. Handed me his card. I then trued to call the showroom to place and order and was told he is busy. The other guy on the phone Madison could not help me out much either. Seemed like he did not have the time to take my order down. I then visited their showroom in Mississauga that did not have the chair I wanted in stock. Called Greg back at the King Edward outlet and he asked me to email him saying he is too busy to take an order. So in short, really bad customer service. I don’t think they care about retail clients at all. So then shy open a showroom, just tell people they should not come In and see their products.
