Very poor after-sales service no response I purchased a RiseDesk standing desk and unfortunately the power cable failed, making the desk unusable. I contacted RiseDesk multiple times by email and received no response. I even purchased a replacement cable at my own expense, carefully matching the specifications, and the desk still does not work. At this point, I have a non-functional desk and no support from the company. For a product at this price point, I expected basic customer service and technical support, which has been completely absent. I would not recommend this company based on my experience. If RiseDesk is willing to contact me and resolve this issue, I will update this review.
Trying to contact this company about a desk I bought in 2022 (still under warranty) and getting completely ghosted. No email, text, or phone call response. What's wild is the website is still there and will happily take your money, but as far as I can tell the company is AWOL.
I ordered a chair that is covered under warranty and broken. The support team authorized my replacement part in October (Its now mid February) and I still havent received it. Nobody can tell me whats going on, and nobody will let me speak to a manager. This company is not honest / worthwhile dealing with.
Beware: scammy brand will ghost you if there’s a problem I deliberately ordered the Rise Ergo Chair, Small Size (5’1 - 5’9) as I am a shorter person, and because I liked the way it looked. Risedesk sent me a different chair than the one I ordered, the Rise Ergo Chair PRO (one size). Additionally, the chair arrived with significant dents and scratches on the metal base. I reached out to Risedesk regarding the problem on multiple channels (email, text, Contact Us webpage form) 5 days ago and I have been completely ghosted, no response. This brand will happily take your money, send you an incorrect and damaged product, and then ignore you instead of putting things right. Do not buy from Risedesk! You will regret it like I do!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! We ordered an office chair Dec 24, 2024, promised 2 day shipping, and have not heard from the company in over 3 weeks. We constantly messaged them through different media platforms (text, Instagram, email), and we get the same generic message that they're looking into it and sorry for the delay. Absolutely atrocious. They even withdrew the money for the chair and I don't even know how to get my money back.
Be careful! I ordered in December, and today I still haven’t received anything (delivery was supposed to take 1-2 business days). I now see many people leaving the same review. I requested a refund seeing that my order hasn’t arrived. Still no response regarding the refund either. The phone doesn’t work. The email seems like a pre-recorded message (looks like they’re used to it). Really disappointing, I was looking forward to receiving my desk and chair. My colleagues would probably have ordered as well if everything had gone smoothly.
**Edited** My initial order was significantly delayed, and when received the top had some issues with the screw fasteners falling out, leaving the control panel hanging. Although there were a few communication issues that delayed the resolution, Risedesk did send a new desktop out to replace the defective one as soon as they could. It's difficult to find an apartment sized standing desk, and this one is working well so far.
