I can't say enough positive things about Mackage at Eaton Centre. The store offers a fantastic selection of winter coats. I had a very pleasant experience especially services provided by Lina. Lina was incredibly friendly and approachable, readily available to answer my questions and provide assistance. She made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. I would have bought more products if I was not in hurry. Because of her services I will visit the store again. Mackage at Eaton Centre is my go-to store for all my shopping needs, and I highly recommend it to others.
The customer service at this location is absolutely horrible. I walked in looking to shop and try some coats on. As soon as I walked in nobody greeted me or tried to assist me. I walked around the store looking for someone to help me. One of the workers started speaking and I assumed he was trying to help me but he was actually talking to someone who was literally behind me… I then continued to walk around the store looking for someone to help me, while a bunch of workers just stood there looking at me. When i finally got someone to do the job that they are paid for, he was very rude!! He was giving me a lot of attitude and he just looked very unhappy to be helping me. He brought out a size for me to try on and when I tried it on all the workers were lingering around and not saying a single word to me… I asked him a question about the sizing and he told me i probably need a size up and proceeded to take the original size i tried on to the back of the store and never came back. I stood there waiting for about 2 minutes until i left the store. The whole experience was very uncomfortable and completely ridiculous. I would never step foot in this location ever again. The manger needs to seriously reconsider the workers he has in this store because nobody should be treated like this.

Her quick, attentive, and thoughtful service made the entire visit enjoyable and stress-free.
