Honestly really disappointed. I purchased a jacket as well as another (from Canada goose) to show my partner my options once I got home. My second coat was from this store specifically, and after purchasing I was told final sale (usually said prior). I was too anxious to say anything but calling the next morning, the lady said I could come to return the item. I get here, they claim it has a fragrance added to it and they no longer can return the item meanwhile that could happen from simply trying the item on in person. I’m just confused and frustrated especially after making the trip and now they suddenly don’t want to return it due to a scent. Seems they never wanted to return it from the gecko and now it’s my fault it developed a scent in the less than 24 hours I’ve had it. In other words , go with the Canada goose because the service at eaton centre is not the best and the coats suck.
What a great Experience. I was shopping for my wife Christmas gift, and was originally going to Rudsak but their staff was so bad that I left and found myself at Moose knuckles, and what a difference. Their staff is amazing, Andrea knows the brand by heart and her recommendation were perfect, the coat is gorgeous and looks so warm. She even took the time (with a store full) to walk me back to the door when I left. Thanks for the experience
Bought a jacket for my son and Omer helped us out super chill, really friendly, and easy to talk to. My son tried on the jacket and instantly loved it. Overall, really good vibe and smooth experience.

Despicable attitude from the staff... We were almost yelled at by a young man when we asked if we could get in this store on Nov 09 around 1 - 2 pm. He said that we need to wait with a grumpy tone then walked away. Even the Apple store with much more valuable products doesn't treat their customers like this. This brand should train their staff better and teach them how to properly speak to customers. We will never step in a Moose Knuckles store ever again!!!

I went to this location today for an exchange and had the BEST customer service experience! Peter T was super attentive and helpful. What a pleasant shopping experience! I would definitely consider purchase in store more often vs. online again from this store.
