I had to order some Balloons for the cemetery and contacted them on Saturday evening for a delivery on Sunday by 11.30. I dealt with Jackie back and forth for about 2 hours . She always answered my email right away . She even gave a discount as it was a 40$ delivery fee saying I will take care of it you don't have to worry. She reduced the price of the balloons by that amount. Her service was above and beyond . She also remembered to email me saying your order will be there by 11.23 am. In these days and time who does this No one goes out of their way I wish other businesses would learn what servicing a customer is? Jackie I appreciate what you did for me .Thank you.

These balloon bouquets are art! I’ve ordered couple of times from them and I’ve nailed it as present for my friend’s newborns. The balloons are of excellent quality and they last a looong time.
