It looks like they buy a lot of their inventory at the dollar store. I asked if they sold horns and she said no. They did have a few that I noticed when I walked around but they were not very good. I bought some spirit gum. She told me she had one left and pulled it out from behind the counter. I did not look at it closely in the store but when I got home I realised the blister pack had been opened and taped shut. The bottle had dried gum down one side of it. She sold me a used product at an expensive price. So much for supporting a local business. I will not be back.
This hidden gem on the Danforth has a great selection for Halloween costumes & party items! It's actually a much bigger store when you realize there's a basement part of the shop with halloween wigs, accessories, & rare finds. The staff are really friendly too, shout out to Robb for always being able to help me find what I need!
Came into the store to inquire about balloons and to see what they have also. Great prices tbh and the staff is very friendly and the one I dealt w today omg he helped bounce costume ideas w me. So got my party supplies and balloons ready for my party. Great lil store and 2 floors. Thanks
I have been coming here since I was a little girl and have never had a bad experience. Kind staff and great inventory. I hope they stay in business for decades.
Great little shop. Only reason why I'm not giving 5 stars is that its little with a limited stock. That said, the staff are helpful, friendly and they have a very organized store that uses its space very efficiently. Very clean. If you need party supplies, basic costumes and wigs, check them out. It's a great halloween store.
Nice experience picking up 24 balloons for a bday party. I had to write a review because the balloons they gave me are still floating even after 9 days!! I'm shocked. I did pay the extra few bucks to keep them inflated longer, but I never imagined they would last this long.
I went there to get balloons for my mom's 50th birthday. The specialty balloons were a little over priced which is why I knocked off 1 star. As for the 2nd star I knocked off, was because as soon as I left I heard my big 50 balloon making a weird noise like it was seeping air. I immediately went back in and ask the girl to listen to the noise. I asked her if it was losing air and she said "no, it's just because it's hot outside" I asked her if she was sure and she said yes. I left again and got about 5mins down the street when I realized my balloon was now half deflated. I was very annoyed because I was already running late for my mom's dinner. I had to walk back for a 2nd time when she could have just fixed it the first time. Not very good customer service.
