I went there with my daughter 5 years old from our family dentist, with x-rays, who didn’t charge us anything for the check up. She has 4 symmetrical spots with cavities, tiny ones, not visible, between teeth ones. 8 teeth altogether. Without even a dentist looking in my daughter’s mouth, a hygienist told us the treatment plan will include 4 crowns and a root canal. I’m like what? If she needed to do a root canal, she would be already sensitive or in pain. They laughed at me and kept talking like to an idiot. They would not discuss the treatment plan, but focus on talking about anesthesia options. I’m not putting my daughter on their conveyor. Their goal is to squeeze as much money as possible, for the shortest period of time possible. If you don’t have time to get into nuances and your child is not going to cooperate at all, then maybe this clinic is for you. Btw, many life would cover a bit less then 50% of their treatment. Not the expected 80%.
It was my toddlers first dentist appointment and it went amazing! All the staff were so nice and made us feel comfortable and welcomed. All my concerns were addressed. Glad I picked here to bring my son!
The worst dentist office for children. Scammers. My 2 children went for a check up and cleaning, almost 600. For WHAT???? 8 lines on the receipt ranging from $40 to $78 for services without mention of what is going to be done or how much. If you have good insurance forget about this place. I asked what is going on? Answer oh we are a specialist children dentistry so our fees are high from the start. We came for a normal check up and teeth cleaning not see a specialist. If you ask them why you charged me for this? I don't need it....oh this is a procedure it is standard. What a BS. Greedy, over priced and unprofessional. Just simply disgusting.
Robin the dental hygienist was amazing, sweet, welcoming made my daughter very comfortable. Informative she made our visit nice and easy. Highly recommend this dental office overall all the safe is welcoming definitely a safe place for children with anxiety when it comes to the dentist!
