It's unfortunate that I contacted Joshua and he was nice to talk too but gave me promises then said I can get a hold of him anytime.... then Kevin his intake said yesterday sorry you dont have a case which I do and I assume my case aint worth the time or money and I'm sadden by this. Josh did not respond to any of my texts and blew me off as I was nothing good luck to anyone I hope you get better results then I did.

Overall, Joshua's law firm was very good with me as they're working through a lot of stuff as we speak the things I'm learning from Joshua's law firm. You can't put a price on that. In the grand scheme of things, Joshua's team is the one that you want. He's helping me on three things overall. You took the time to listen. He assigned the right person to help me. He has a great assistant in Safyia she took the time to listen to me. She took the time to make sure everything was done right and she heard me and she had me believing in myself. She made sure that I knew that I did everything her team wanted me to do in terms of instructions and how to handle certain scenarios and then I adapted accordingly and I've taken more of an aggressive approach and they love it. I've also been constructively advised on how to make my thoughts more succincts and easy to follow and that's also been a benefit. I've improved there. Still have a ways to go, but I've improved well enough that his team really finds it a lot more easy to go through my material. Joshua will fight for you. He wanted this case after he learned to put my car accident in April of 2023. He explained to me the big differences between the referral companies who will just send you the small companies and yet you're doing all this paid work and they're sitting on their hands waiting for you to get the results allegedly in some scenarios. I readily compared my experience from 2016 to 2020 with a smaller firm. In some ways they were good. They had some nice people. Don't get me wrong but I didn't feel they maximized everything that was afforded to them. I almost felt they were the ones dropping the ball or there was somewhere because the laws were so different back then where back then passengers could be counted as witnesses and it was almost left for me to deal with everything. However, after the law changed in November of 2022 where passengers cannot be counted as witnesses, they're magically in my life. Got a heck of a lot easier as the plaintiff. When dealing with personal injury cases, there's a lot more dynamics that have been improved upon which makes it easier for the plaintiff than in years past. Based on the new set of dynamics, why I chose Joshua? Is he plays to win? He's on your side. He even shot for the moon on a sidebar case even though we were a little bit weak in one area because I wasn't out of place for very long. We still scored something but now it's keeping the eye on the prize. Most recently a good friend of mine had a slip and fall and I happily recommended Joshua's law firm a couple of days ago.
