Best passport photo experience I've ever had! The man who works at the shop was very helpful and attentive, unlike other places that take an ugly pic and don't allow retakes. Will definitely come back when I need more ID photos!
I checked the prices online before going. After taking the photo he claimed it would be more than double the online price. I showed him the site. He claimed it was not his site. I showed him the link from his location. Then he claimed it had not been updated by somebody else. After all this, he refused to sign the photos and said I should google the rules online. I explained that I had, which is why I was asking for this. Overall, unpleasant experience and impossible to recommend.
As a family of 5 with 3 kids under the age of 5, we had the best experience taking official photos here. The lady was very patient and gentle. Price was very reasonable and it was done fast! We did our Chinese visa photos here but they have the format for whatever you need. Will definitely come back when we need to renew our passports. Ps we actually went to 3 different places before this…some don’t have the right format and some couldn’t do it for kids. Thank you so much!
I tried different places. This is the only place that really helps you to make sure your look is good and natural. The owner Qing Yang (楊青） is really patient and gentle. They also have different countries' passport photo requirements in their system to make sure your photo is correct. I'm happy that I took my photo here. 謝謝你，楊青姊姊。
Misleading information passport photo not match the website in any locations it is 18.99$ not 11.99$ Do not waste your time after they take the photo they will charge you 18.99 $ total misleading
Not able to call and ask questions. Need to hire more reps, or allow for direct call to store; as it is now it's an 888 number which routes to a voicemail. Will try elsewhere.
I did digital photo for US visa in the store, tried to submit it with my application on government web site and got a note: the photo you have submitted did not meet quality standards. I went back to the shop at the same day to check if I can re do the picture tomorrow, the women said yes they can do it for me. When I came next day to redo the photo I wasn't proposed to re do it or to have my money back. I offered to test the photo online, so they can see that I don't lie but was told that they don't have access to the internet. At the end I was told that my face is too long that’s why the photo wasn't accepted. It was really upsetting.
