Had to get a passport photo redone after photos from shoppers got rejected. The photos here were much better and cheaper and I’m pretty sure she even spent a little extra time to edit my skin lol.
Horrible service! Wouldn’t recommend! They gave me a picture for the wrong size that I couldn’t use and charged me an additional 20$ to get the digital version of it. I paid it so I could get a print from another place. Please check for yourself!
Got my passport photos taken here while waiting for my time slot at the passport office. I explained that the photos I had taken the other day weren’t cute and wanted to like the photo I’d be looking at for the next 10 years, and the lady working there really took me up. We only took one set of shots, but I did ask that she warn me if I looked too much like a murderer. I really appreciated her pains to accommodate my concerns, and they turned out so well! The store has a small setup with a backdrop and tripod on the side, and a wall mirror so you don’t have to check your appearance using the ATM’s reflective strip like I did. The lady working had to bounce back and forth between customers while preparing the photo print, but that’s quite normal and I didn’t feel like I lost her attention. There were no issues with the photos being accepted with my paperwork, and at $16 the process was smooth and reasonably priced.
The owner, a Korean lady, displays extreme rudeness. Terrible customer service experience – don't even think about getting your photos here! I needed photos for a France visa, and the lady, claiming to be under training, couldn't even get the size right. It took over 20 minutes to print photos with my head way too big. When I pointed out the requirements, they took another 20 minutes to adjust. The owner lost her temper, yelling that she's tired of babysitting customers with questions. Refund? Only if I get a refusal letter from the visa center. I'm not a needy customer; I just want photos that meet requirements. The owner is beyond rude, staring and yelling. After the disaster, I discovered numerous complaints in Google reviews. Steer clear of this place!
I had a disappointing experience at Victoria's Photo Service. I specifically asked the lady at the counter if she was knowledgeable about the passport photo requirements, to which she confidently replied yes. Unfortunately, I wasn't given a receipt for my payment, but I was in a hurry to get to the passport office. To my dismay, the photos were instantly rejected by the passport officer, who mentioned that they are aware of the poor quality of Victoria's photos. Upon returning to Victoria's Photo, I explained the situation and requested a refund. The staff member acknowledged my frustration but cited store policy as the reason for not issuing a refund. When I asked to speak to the manager, she claimed to be one of the managers but still refused to provide a refund. It's disheartening to see a consistent pattern of bad service in the reviews. My advice: avoid Victoria's Photo for passport photos to save yourself both money and time.
It show in Saturday opened time 12:00 18:00 I'm at 12:40 on Saturday from far away i come to do print. But it eas closed shop. Don't trust this shop. And didn't answered my call too.
The Asian lady who works there (or owns the store) is incredibly rude and disrespectful. There are other stores nearby that do the same things with no overcharges - AVOID THIS ONE
