I had the worst experience in this clinic. The dr Rambihar does not treat people with respect especially those who are seniors She didn't greet or show compassion and she rushed the whole exam.She does not show care or understanding.
I provided my insurance details and booked an appointment for today at 11 a.m. at the clinic for physiotherapy for a bimalleolar ankle fracture. I arrived 30 minutes early, but the elevator wasn’t working to access the first floor (which, as we know, sometimes happens). I called reception, thinking someone would come down to assist me, but the receptionist simply told me the elevator was out of order and that I would have to use the stairs. How am I supposed to use the stairs if I can barely walk? That’s exactly why I booked this appointment in the first place. They had all my information and could have at least called ahead to inform me. I made the effort to get there in a wheelchair, only to find out I wouldn’t be able to access the clinic. They already knew the elevator wasn’t working — this is unacceptable and shows a lack of consideration for patients with mobility issues.
Reception is warm and clean. Jaspreet is quick to welcome you as soon as you enter the clinic. Check-in/check-out is seamless and efficient. I’ve done physio with Alex & Dan. Such excellent physios who have both helped me with my back and neck pain from sitting at a desk all day. It is clear they know their stuff and truly care about their patients. Dr. Rambihar is caring and knowledgeable. Appointments with her are hard to come by, but definitely worth the wait. Highly recommend this clinic to help you get back in tip top shape!

Ehren has been a great physio. Going step by step to getting my knees back in shape. Gives great feedback on ensuring I'm doing the movement properly and explains what how each exercise will benefit my recovery.
