I had a bike fit done with Derrick. Highly recommend, I didn’t appreciate how off my weight distribution was on my bike. I have a power meter on my bike and my FTP increased, that wasn’t my goal of the bike fit but a nice bonus. Derrick explained how proper alignment can translate into more power output.
