I visited Physiomed for my first appointment after being referred by my lawyer, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. When I arrived, the receptionist was extremely rude and dismissive. Her attitude made the whole interaction uncomfortable, and there was absolutely no sense of customer service — no greeting, no smile, nothing. What concerned me more was that I also witnessed her speaking to one of her coworkers in a very disrespectful manner. It gave a really unprofessional impression of the clinic environment. I was hoping for a welcoming, supportive atmosphere, especially given the circumstances of my visit after a car accident, but this experience was far from that. I genuinely hope the management addresses this, as first impressions matter and patients deserve better.
I went here in the past and now I am back! The service is very personalized and over all a whole wellness centre with all aspects of medical advice. Appointment times are very reasonable.
Great staff team, all the services working well together making recovery from an injury smooth. They figured out the reason behind some of the challenges I’ve had and I feel better than I have in a while. Clean, friendly, helpful and always professional, highly recommend.
