Hi I just want to share my experience The thing is i knew that dietitien do cahrge us , i ean ohip doesnot cover for them, We have to pay out of pocket But they called me in and booked my appointment and never told me about the payment in advance and agter teh appointment they emailed me for payment So this is so bad of front desk and then tina most likely the manager told me collections agent they are going to be very harsh they are going to harrase me , this is not the case collections agent can send us emails , letters to make payments but to harrase us . So i made the payment right away after i heard this Otherwise lara malak she was very good .
I spent 5 physiotherapy sessions with Sebastian. He quickly isolated the source of my pain, made realistic goals for progress, and laid out a simple to follow plan. His expertise left me with a highly positive outlook and a great set of exercises to maintain all the progress we made. Thank you Sebastian!
This is a great clinic, they have modern equipment and a lot of flexibility in booking times and finding availability that meets my schedule. Sebastian is a great physiotherapist that keeps me on track with my recovery goals.
Blake Abbey-Colborne is an amazing RMT at The Clinic. I booked a deep tissue massage for some with intense lower back pain. Blake was so thorough. He asked questions, did a full assessment, showed me stretches before a full treatment (which was also amazing). He is an excellent communicator and was incredibly knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him.
I’m so happy to have found Sebastian Ignat (Physiotherapist) and include him in my team of medical professionals! Sebastian’s person-centric approach and effective use of our treatment sessions provided results beyond my expectations. I was a bit skeptical and cautiously optimistic when Sebastian outlined our treatment seasons, however his multiple therapeutic techniques and personalized approach has left me in such a better state than when I started physiotherapy. Previously, I had been to physiotherapy to with the same issue, however Sebastian was the only physiotherapist that was able to promptly assist and provide solutions. Highly recommended
I strongly recommend Nhiel Galagate as a very professional massage therapist. After the session with him I felt refreshed and rejuvenated. His hands are firm but gentle and considerate. I was very impressed.
I went there yesterday for the first time and the reception from the staff was exceptional. They were very caring and compassionate and even the doctor was very attentive and caring.Their kindness moved me to tears.
