I had an appointment with Triangle for a prenatal RMT session this weekend. I am 5 months pregnant and walked 20 mins to the appointment only to be told that the person I had my appointment with no longer worked there, but no one had notified me. Considering all the communication I had from them in terms of filling out forms etc - up to the morning of the appointment - it is very odd that no one reached out to the appointments of this practioner to let them know of the change in circumstance. I had to arrange childcare to attend the session so it was hugely inconvenient to get there and find out the circumstances on the day. I had anticipated using Triangle for both ongoing Prenatal RMT and Pelvic Floor therapy sessions throughout my prenatal and antenatal journey, but because of this considerable issue I don't feel I can rely on them and have sourced another facility.
My thanks to Ankit who has gone above and beyond with his treatment of my injury. Not only is he kind and patient, he is also explains very clearly how to do each exercise to ensure healing. He noticed another problem I had and offered suggestions as to how to address that as well. A lovely man
I have seen Marzieh for both Physiotherapy and Pelvic Floor PT. I was recommended to her through Facebook by 2 different people who live in the area. She is very friendly and knowledgeable. She does a thorough assessment while ensuring you are comfortable the whole time. Marzieh makes sure you progress through the program and I was very happy with the results in the end. The clinic is very clean and the receptionist is very friendly. I receive a response to my emails and phone calls in a very timely manner.
