If there is one thing you can do for yourself during pregnancy and postpartum, it is seeing a pelvic floor physical therapist. I started working with Gabby when I was 11 weeks pregnant, which is early for many, but my goal was to stay active and pain free throughout my pregnancy. Pain and discomfort are often brushed off as “normal for pregnancy,” but they are not a prerequisite, and if you are told that, you should not automatically take it as the final answer. I am now 34 weeks pregnant and still enjoying all the activities I love, including walking, running, yoga, and lifting, without peeing myself or experiencing sharp pain or ongoing discomfort. Working with Gabby has been one of the best investments I’ve made in my pregnancy, and I recommend pelvic floor PT to every pregnant and postpartum person—no matter where you are in your journey. Pregnancy and motherhood are hard enough, so why not use all the resources available to make the experience a little easier, stronger, and better.

Bramalea Physiotherapy & Wellness Centre earns full 5 stars! Bijoy Paul, my physiotherapist, is expert, caring, and focused—attending to my issues, simplifying the plan, and offering targeted exercises that work. Spotless clinic, smooth operations, friendly staff. Pain reduced, movement enhanced. Top recommendation!

I had a great experience with this clinic. Natasha Lad was my therapist, and she was amazing. She’s a great specialist who is not only very knowledgeable and helped me with my problem, but also supported me mentally throughout the process. Her positivity, kindness, and reassuring approach genuinely boosted my confidence and made me feel much more at ease. Her bedside manner is truly unmatched. Thank you Natasha, you are fantastic! I also had nothing but positive experiences with the clinic itself—a welcoming atmosphere, cozy slippers, a super friendly receptionist, and an easy process for booking and rescheduling appointments. If ever needed again, I’ll definitely be coming back here 100%.

Talia took care of me during pregnancy, gave me the tools to have the best delivery and had all the patience for my post natal care. I feel so lucky to have this knowledge in my 3rd pregnancy. It has made all the difference in recovery and resuming my physical activities. So grateful for the support of Talia through this journey. Highly highly recommend ??!

Vital Physiotherapy is amazing!!! It is female centric, supportive and professional clinic. Chana the owner is an incredible Physio. She provides incredible care, helps women heal and provides strength and support for new moms. The entire experience at Vital is wonderful.

After moving to the area I decided to try out Vital. After a few phone calls to book an appointment staff seemed friendly and helpful. My appt was on a Tuesday at 2:30. Unfortunately I was running late for my appointment ( my previous dentist appt was late for my appt) I ended up arriving at Vital at 2:43. I was scheduled for a 90min massage , when I arrived I let them know that if the therapist had a client right after me we could just do a 60min massage ; they insisted that she wasn't busy and a 90 min massage was still available. Then prior to your service they ask you to pay so after I paid It was now 2:50pm. After changing and having a brief 2 min conversation with Kimberly we started the massage ( its now 3:00) I was done my service, changed, used the washroom and walked to my car at exactly 4:02pm. I sent Vital an email at that time, letting them know that I didn't receive a 60min massage let alone 90min , which is what I paid for . The massage in general wasn't great either , no pressure (after asking to increase the pressure) if you like to just be rubbed down this is exactly what that felt like. The light was on (not relaxing) the entire time and just not a good first time experience. I called the owner the next day to let them know I wasn't pleased with being charged for a 90min massage and receiving a 50min, her response was ,” the therapist needs to get paid for the time booked, so because I was 13mins late her time needed to be adjusted to accommodate her schedule”... she went on to say the therapist had a client right after me- regardless that they told me otherwise in person and I said a 60min would of been fine. What a horrible response from the owner and customer service! Dnt bother wasting your money in this place there are far better pre natal massage therapists in Toronto.

Couldn't have felt more prepared for my daughter's birth thanks to Vital! Our sessions were extremely informative, the exercises recommended were very practical and the overall experience was truly eye-opening. Thanks for all your help in making my delivery such a positive experience!
