Avoid this place unless you want a high-pressure sales pitch instead of healthcare. I went in for a simple, functional problem: a broken septum from an injury. This should have been a straightforward 40-minute septoplasty. Instead, I was aggressively upsold on a massive, 4-hour septorhinoplasty I explicitly did not want. My goal was to breathe better, not get a cosmetic nose job that would take years to recover from. The surgeon was completely dismissive of the simple, OHIP-covered procedure I needed and was clearly pushing for the more complex, expensive surgery that was worth her time. It was obvious this was about a bigger payday, not my actual health. To make it worse, the surgeon was late for the consultation, acted incredibly dismissive, and carried herself with an arrogance that was unbelievable. You're treated like a sales target, not a patient. Find a doctor who actually cares about helping you, not just lining their own pockets.
I had a great experience. The doctor did an amazing job on my nose. I can breathe way better. We were in and out very quickly for my follow up appointments. I highly recommend her. She has a great personality, her and her secretaries all amazing people. It was a great experience overall highly recommend!
In 2022 March I had put my faith & trust in Dr. Atul Kesarwani for a mommy makeover. I don’t have any complaints with regard to my tummy tuck however when it comes to my breast augmentation (lift & implants) I’ve been left devastated and the results still haunt me till this very day. In November 2023 I underwent a revisionary surgery and I’m still left with regrettable results. My breast droops far lower than my implant leaving an extremely awkward appearance, and upon my revisionary surgery I was also left with my nipples somehow being along the entire surgical scar line going down my breast. I’ve received unasked for feedback from my closest friends and family including my husband of how this is not what the outcome of a breast augmentation should be looking like. Before my revisionary surgery I asked if it was possible to just remove the implants rather than a revision but that was an option that I would apparently be made to pay for. I whole heartedly believe this is surgically poor placement of implants. The revisionary surgery has done nothing to better my outcome and unfortunately just got worse considering the nipple situation I was left with afterwards.
Dr. Kesarwani and his team made me feel extremely comfortable throughout my experience. I couldn't be happier with my results and would recommend Dr. K to anyone and everyone.
Dr. Kesarwani is a kind, thoughtful and detail oriented surgeon with superb bedside manner! I had Breast Augmentation done with him in March 2019 and cannot speak enough about my satisfaction with the end result. He was patient with my many first timer questions both pre and post op. And worked diligently to ensure he provided the best possible service and outcome. Absolutely recommend!
Please stay away from this Dr ,he is a money Grab and he doesn't care after what happens to you ,my best friend had 4 nose surgeries due to his bad operations ,please search the right Dr and stay way from him
