This clinic is really great. First visited TO Orthotics a couple of years ago to get fitted for a pair of orthotics and had a great experience. Since then, I've been back for replacement orthotics and repeat treatments for another foot issue. The staff are friendly and helpful, both on the phone and in person. Dr. Yu is fantastic. She's very professional and actually listens to what you say. This is now my go-to clinic for foot care.
Today I visited this clinic for a toe nail infection. I was greeted warmly by the staff and was able to conveniently book an appointment. I was treated with care during my appointment and was informed of all my treatment options. I appreciate the knowledge the specialist and the care I was given. Fully satisfied with my experience here, would recommend.
Had a great experience Dr. Bridgette Yu and her entire team. I've been going to TO Orthotics for a few years now and been receiving Shockwave therapy to help with my plantar fasciitis. I've also been recommended custom orthotics which was done at a very fast timeline. The staff is friendly and willing to help you with questions and concerns and I highly recommend them for any feet related issues!
I’m so glad I found this place for my toe trauma and fungal infection. I was unsure and overwhelmed with info. Bridgette is so helpful and knowledgeable, and is helping my toes heal at a way faster rate. I thought I was just coming in for an assessment, but I get such a good treatment along with the right products, and they even took me in a little early for both visits. No wait!
10/10 clinic! Very clean, extremely professional and great results. I worked with Dr. Ch over the past 3 months to solve an issue I had for years and she not only resolved it in a 1 month but she followed up with me every 3 weeks until I was fully recovered! I would highly recommend
Avoid this place. I went for shoes. In the past they consulted and gave good advise based on what is covered by insurance company. When we paid, we went back home and figured out the shoes were not covered. We came back to the place and had them cancel and give us refund. But they denied refund. The shoes didn’t arrive for another month or so. Basically once you pay here for shoes its final even if they dont provide you one and even if its still in back order.
My doc suggested this place for painful bunions. Bridgette identified the problem and recommended a few products and treatments (just purchased custom made orthotics). Really appreciated her compassionate care during the first appointment as well as dispensing my orthotics. I will revisit next year to see whether or not those custom made orthotics are useful.
