Hi,I experienced a petty theft out of my vehicle on Monday. (My own fault really for leaving things on the seat in Downtown Toronto. )I didn't think anyone would follow up on my report, but I was nicely surprised when Officer Ramos (9751) called to clarify the report and give me directions to the next steps in the process. He was pleasant on the phone and easy to deal with. I still highly doubt I will get my stuff back, but I appreciate the effort the 14th division put in. Regards,TM
I went to the station with a question regarding a car accident and insurance conflict. The female officer there was very helpful and gave me additional information and suggestions on what I should do for my case.
Last night, at 9:51 p.m. Officers S. Alvins & G. Oliviera came through for our entire family. My grams went missing and the second they got the call from the dispatcher these heroes responded immediately. Their detailed report, most recent photos of her distributed and sent out to the detectives at 22 Division made verifying her instantaneous, the collective effort of all these heroes; the dispatcher, the officers and detectives who were able to calm me & my distraught family down, and within minutes processing press release description, EVERYONE at the local shops on Christie and Bathurst willing to download their camera feed of her last known sighting onto USBs so we were able to determine what time she left and which direction she took to the police, to the TTC toll booth operators -Dani at Christie station - who agreed right away and sent private messages out to her fellow colleagues to keep a look out - to the officers who verified her location and ID and escorted my grams home. I can't THANK YOU all enough. You are ALL heroes. You guys did not just save one person. You saved an entire family. We love what you stand for and I sincerely thank you for your service.- Lil
These officers are hardworking, helpful and courteous to local residents. Unfortunately they are extremely busy and the staff is limited in their resources given their volume of work. They definitely need a bigger budget to help tackle organized/multi division crimes
Worst cops are here, most of them member of criminal organization Working directly with Thief who are civilian and members of Community Watch ...they basically work for insurance companies and lawyers to TARGET their parties before court with nuisances.
