So awesome! We did a 4D ultrasound at 28 weeks and we got great photos and video. Everyone was super nice and made it a great experience overall. Highly recommend!!
Hey Baby 4D is an amazing place for your ultrasound. The sonographer is so kind and knowledgeable, he kept us informed the entire way through and was so patient (even when baby wasn’t cooperating). The environment is so calming and welcoming and very clean. Couldn’t recommend this enough. We got the wellness check and gender ultrasound and will definitely be coming back for a 3D/4D ultrasound when we’re far enough along. Great experience!

My husband and I came for a 24 week scan and a 27 week scan when we couldn’t get a great view the first time (a free rescan). Even with the first scan, despite not getting a great photo, we just loved seeing her in 3D. At our 27 week, her face was clear and we have some beautiful photos. The technician was very knowledgeable and helped reassure us on her progress by his insight. The front desk was very warm and kind. Highly recommend and we will likely be back for another in four weeks!
An ultrasound tech told me to come at 20 weeks for the anatomy and gender scan, but I couldn’t wait that long. So I went to Hey Baby for a private gender reveal at 15 weeks. It was so fun revealing the gender with the light, and he also measured and explained other things too.
My one critique stems from the ultra sound technician giving us inaccurate information on our baby’s weeks / how far along I am in pregnancy. It was a little confusing and also concerning at first because you wonder why his estimation is differing from the first ultrasound. But then I had further verification later on to learn he made a mistake. Our other ultrasound tech & also Midwife have confirmed what the actual dates and weeks are and he was indeed wrong. That said, these things can happen & it can’t be expected to always be a perfect process. We are still happy we had this clinic as part of our experience m. Positives: They were wonderfully understanding when we ran into transportation issues on the way to our appointment. They were able to accommodate us which was great & very considerate of them. The clinic is also clean and well organized, and much more welcoming compared to other ultrasound clinics.
