Awful experience
I had a wonderful experience. I worked with an agent in Oakville and they were extremely helpful. Very personable and approachable. Answered all my questions with no hesitation.
Bed experience
Ramin Khaze was very charming when we came to look at the house he was selling. he promised the patio furniture would be included in the price. When we did the legal contract we trusted him and did not check the wording. When we got the house the furniture was not there. He said it was our fault, as we did not put it in the contract. He said he had a quote for the basement work for $80,000. we didn't ask to see it. When we got the quote it was $150,000He would say anything to sell the house, he seems very trustworthy but would not deliver.
