She worked with our unique situation with ease (partner moving from overseas, which has a different rental process), dealt with a very demanding landlord, and helped us strategize and secure an amazing unit that already had multiple offers. She was very thorough and knowledgeable in the rights and regulations for Ontario rentals, and she walked me through the entire process (at all hours!) carefully to ensure I was aware of everything required. They utilized a digital document signing system as well, which saved significant time when signing the leases and amendments. Having rented with other brokerages in Toronto and elsewhere, this was by far the most simple and supportive process I've experienced.
