I recently worked with Tarun and his law clerk Nicole on a very complicated sale and purchase that involved my ex-husband and I selling our house, me closing on a new house on the same day, and then complicating things further by adding a refinancing mortgage on 10 days later due to some additional complications, which ended up having to be rushed through. Both Tarun and Nicole were incredibly helpful and patient and worked with multiple external professionals to make sure that all of the pieces ended up fitting where and when they needed to, and were always very pleasant about it, and never made it seem like I was driving them crazy - even if they probably wanted to pull their hair out behind the scenes. It was a very stressful situation for me, but they were very helpful and available and did what they needed to do to ensure that everything got done, for which I am incredibly grateful. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent service and wouldn't hesitate to call on them again - I just hope that I don't need to for many years!!

Lorne Shuman commented on my mother being a senior citizen randomly. Her age has nothing to do with her real estate transaction. He also said she might have to ask her ex husband for permission to sell her own place. This isn’t 1930. Women are indeed allowed to own property. The blatant ageism and misogynistic treatment that occurred during a short phone call was shocking to hear. Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere for someone with a sense of professionalism.
