The sale of my Toronto home just closed today, and I could not be happier with the services of David and his staff at LD Law. They are phenomenal! From the beginning, David was offering helpful suggestions and walking me through the entire process - and I had a ton of questions! There were quite a few moving parts in the transaction, and David professionally guided me through the entire ordeal right through until everything was complete and the money was in my account. He is intelligent, experienced, and extremely personable. Camelia in the office was also very helpful, answering all questions without delay. This is the best service that you could hope for and worth every penny, without question. I would give 6 stars out of 5 if I could.
House sale closing was done efficiently, communication was excellent, and we did not have to worry about any dates being missed as all was done on time. Thankyou for making a process that could have been stressful very easy for us.

Had a pretty bad experience with this real estate law firm. My lawyer was Daniel. During the entire transaction, I was only able to contact Daniel through Ed or reception at his office. No direct number available for the lawyer, despite asking several times. Not proactive on their part whatsoever - have to email to remind for every little thing. I paid for premium services yet my final was primarily attended to by a very junior lawyer. I have since used another real estate firm, and what a difference! Don’t believe the good reviews on here.
So grateful for all the assistance Daniel have throughout my home search as a newbie to the market. He was extremely helpful, prompt and professional. Definitely recommend LD Law.
