I've known Miguel for a while now and always see him at clubs and socials. The one thing that stuck out was that he has so many turn patterns, in which I would say more than most of the instructors in Toronto. This promoted me to take private lessons with him and was the best decision ever. It's been a few months now but I've learned quite a lot and have add to and enhanced my overall salsa skills. In fact, one of my hobbies is travelling to the US to dance, and I'm finding that they are liking my "Miguel" moves! If you want to take your salsa dancing to the next level, I highly recommend learning under Miguel. He is patient, knowledgeable and good at breaking down steps to help you learn. Nothing quite beats the feeling when you shine on the dance floor!
We found the group salsa lessons on google after attending some dance lessons at a different studio. We were not expecting much but for the fantastic price, we had to try it out. Firstly, the instructors are very friendly and welcoming. We started out as complete beginners and they made us feel extremely comfortable in trying something new. Miguel and Raj have so much patience and were very encouraging. I have gone from complete beginner to an intermediate level in just 4 months of weekly lessons. My family and friends are so impressed with my dancing! The class sizes are just right. The start of the group class reviews basic salsa steps and then you break out into smaller groups based on your experience level. Lastly, these classes are a great way to meet new friends. There are many people from all walks of life that attend the classes and help make a fantastic sense of community. In conclusion, if you're looking for salsa lessons in Toronto, look no further! This group salsa class exceeded all my expectations. The combination of talented instructors, great music, a welcoming community, and a fantastic atmosphere and gave me a passion for salsa.

Great value. $5 for two hours of intro to salsa dancing is an excellent deal. They start at 7 PM SHARP so make sure to come on time or else you will miss out on basic counting. The instructors are serious about their lesson and are knowledgeable. Hence, it feels more like a school than a relaxed recreational activity. Be prepared to dance with lots of strangers. Make sure to wear breathable clothing because the small dance studio was packed. Overall, this is a great place to try out salsa dancing.
Great instructor, Miguel really knows his stuff. I was able to polish my salsa skills very quickly and in time for my trip abroad. I called so many places before I found this one to learn the specific type of salsa I wanted. Highly recommended!
Miguel is a great teacher. He is teaching very cool moves and patterns. I am always looking forward to attend his class. The class format is also great. It starts with basic move warm up then the class is divided into 3 levels.
Miguel, awesome instructor, and the other instructors are top notch. They break down the technical moves for you and truly teach you to dance with your heart and feet! The classes are lot of fun and full of energy.
