Today, I ordered ChK on stix with large size, but I got 5 oz chk (seems like) instead of 10 oz on stix. When I called them, a boy picked up the call and I talked about my concern . He didn't accept that they made a mistake, even he tryna to yell and teach to that person who used to work in Osmows.
Food was fresh and very good for an Osmows location. They were obviously busy but customer service was there. They had manners and treated me with kindness.
I visited in the evening and had a disappointing experience. The staff was rude, and the customer service was not what I expected. My wait time was long, and my first order was made incorrectly — they added chicken to my poutine even though I didn’t order it. I was then told to wait again for someone to assist. When they remade it, they used leftover fries and didn’t add more even when I requested it. Overall, the service and food quality were not acceptable. I hope management looks into this.
I had an issue with my DoorDash order and called Osmow’s to get it resolved. Kevin answered the call and provided exceptional customer service. He was polite, patient, and immediately helped fix the mistake without any hassle. Really appreciate his professionalism and positive attitude — great job, Kevin!
A little on the pricey side, but prices have gone up everywhere. Fresh food, good service and clean place. Staff were polite and addressed my concerns in regard to the place being halal, by showing the certificate. It’s close by and I will definitely be stopping by again.
Went during Shawarma Day. It was very busy the time I went. one of the workers, Marina, who took my order was very nice. She was able to handle the fast pace and made sure everything was happening smoothly when people were ordering. Even though it may be a long day for her, she was still professional and still put on a smile for the customers.
Today was the first time ever eating at Osmow"s. They just opened up this location by my house. I bought a wrap and decided to make it supersized. I just got home and was excited to eat my shawarma wrap. The pita that they used doesn't feel fresh it is actually quite hard. They also didn't put enough sauce, so the chicken is dry. I was really looking forward to try this place out. The reviews have been really good. . I have to say I'm very disappointed especially considering this cost me $15.80.
