I am a regular customer at Osmos, whitby. However, the last 2 weeks I tried the 120 Richmond Adelaide Centre location. Both the times, the meat/lamb and rice was not cooked well! I usually have a late lunch at 2:00 pm and today when I complained to the staff and asked for the Manager/Supervisor, she was callous about the complaint as instead of treating it with sensitivity, she kept getting defensive about it! I am paying $22 for my food and if it’s not cooked, I have all the right to complain and get a refund! This has happened twice at the same location now. I have eaten several times form the Whitby location as the. Quality is so good at whitby. This location is surely not complying to the health and safety standards and I want this escalated! The indifferent staff behaviour clearly shows that they dont care!
Tried Osmow’s for the first time and went with the falafel wrap — honestly, so good! Huge thanks to the staff for recommending it. Super friendly and helpful, and the customer service really stood out. I’ll definitely be back!
We stopped by this restaurant in the PATH by pure chance. I had already eaten at Osmow's once before and I asked my family to give it a try on our visit to Toronto. The food was delicious and satisfying. Staff were trying to help us, but they seemd a little in a rush, even though the whole food court was almost empty. maybe it was time for them to go home. Other than that, they were polite and helpful.
Got on the rocks, and they legit put almost no garlic sauce. The food is really dry without it. Please don’t be so light on it, as we are spending minimum 15$ on this food
I had a very good experience here. This was the best shawarma I’ve had so far. The staff members, Navneet and Gifty, dealt with me very nicely. I would recommend this place to everyone, especially if you are a shawarma lover.
I’ve been coming here regularly since I started working nearby, and it’s always a great experience. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the food is consistently exceptional. The place is clean, well-maintained, and even during busy hours, everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
When it’s shaurma time only place that comes to my mind is Osmow’s that too this location. They have great team as they make super amazing wraps and gives suggestions if people are new. Give shout out to sumrit, Sukhdev Aftab and shreem
