I tried the Philly Chicken at Osmow’s and honestly, it was way better than I expected. The chicken was tender and perfectly seasoned, the veggies were fresh, and the melted cheese gave it the perfect creamy finish. The portion size was great and definitely worth the price. The service was quick, the staff were friendly, and the whole experience felt smooth and satisfying. If you’re looking for something flavourful and filling, the Philly Chicken is a must-try! Highly recommended — I’m definitely coming back.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This was, without a doubt, the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The lady working the counter (late night) was unbelievably rude, rushed, and unprofessional from the second I walked in. She was in such a hurry that she tried to cash me out without even asking for my toppings. When I had to ask her for them, she snapped at me rudely about the "three topping" limit. She had no lettuce, argued about substitutions, and was just as rude about where I could (or couldn't) sit in the empty restaurant. She treated me like I was a massive inconvenience, not a paying customer. Her attitude was so disrespectful it completely ruined the food wasting my money. This location has complete lack of basic customer service. AVOID THIS STORE at all costs or I'm sure, you would experience the same. I will never be coming back!
Served by Karan today and he was nice and accommodating. Didn't know that you're able to get a crayon set if you buy a kiddie meal, til he gave me one! 10/10 service.
