If I could give zero stars I would. A renter I know was shafted out of two weeks of rent without basis and despite the fact that more than 60 days' notice from the original last day was given. Despite protests no attempts made to work with the renter. There is more than ample time to advertise and get the place rented out. Such an illegal and dishonourable operation, zero customer service skills.

A great experience at a difficult time. Nobody likes it when a loved one has to have a medical procedure, and finding housing in Toronto can be difficult and expensive. They provide options to stay right downtown near the medical hub without breaking the bank. Don't know where I would have been without this option the last 2 weeks. Super valuable service and a pain-free experience booking and paying.

We had a horrible experience with SkyView Suites. The team is at best unethical, irresponsible, and cruel. I booked a suite for my parents to stay within my building to help me with my birth. We reserved 6 months in advance, and paid our deposits early. Multiple times we confirmed the address via emails. SkyView Suites changed the booking last minute. We only found out they rebooked us to a different building when I walked in to ask for how to pick up the keys. They were not planning on informing us if we didn’t ask. As I needed postpartum care, leasing from the same building was very important. It was not okay to change the booking on us last minute. When I expressed my disageement, SkyView threatened to cancel my reservation, telling us they would be able to release the unit for more - due to the Taylor Swift concert, and the holidays approaching. That they were nice to allow us to stay with them. At this point, I was 3 days away from giving birth. My house is small, so there is not enough space for everyone to rest. We had to accept whatever SkyView forced on us. From here, it was a total disaster. I hemorrhaged from my birth and couldn’t move much. My mother had advanced athritis and couldn’t commute much across 2 buildings . My newborn was too young. The weather was horrible. There were not enough key fobs. So, to care for me and the baby, my parents ended up commuting during the snowstorm multiple times a day, even at night. As new parents, even a 30 minutes break in a different room while someone else holds the baby can make a real difference. With SkyView’s last minute disruption, we lost any hope of rest. When we contacted SkyView, the response was unkind at best. Tracy, our case manager, was cruel, and said: - “You’d better not repeat what you just said to our boss.” - “Just bunt the baby up, I don’t see an issue.” - “That’s how we work. If you have an issue, find somewhere else to stay.” When we asked if we could get extra keys, SkyView wanted to charge us $200 more. On top of a $5,000 lease. What was supposed to be a joyful and well-planned birth recovery became extremely stressful. Childbirth can be challenging, and SkyView made it worse. If SkyView informed us early that they ran out of units to lease, we would have had time to make alternative arrangements. But they lied to us. I do not recommend SkyView. This was by far the most unethical business I ever came across. I have recordings of the manager speaking to me near my due date with a bullying tone, and proofs of multiple broken promises from SkyView. We will never stay with them again.

We stayed at one of their units at 140 Simcoe Street for the initial 2 weeks of our daughters extended stay in hospital, and it was an exceptional experience. The unit was clean and well furnished. All appliances worked well, and the beds were comfy. We were never disturbed, and it was a safe and peaceful experience. Things to note would be: 1. Parking is expensive, so it's best to request a nightly rate when booking the unit. 2. Pillows are limited, so if you need more than 1, plan to bring your own or purchase what you need. 3. There is a 24-hour Rabba Grocery Store downstairs, so if you're looking to save on meals, they're a quick stop compared to Delivery or Take-out. I found the Skyview team extremely helpful and pleasant, so don't be afraid to connect with them and ask questions. They work with you to find the best solutions possible. If you're not from Canada, a tip would be to find out about grocery delivery app like PC Express, Instacart, etc.

When I got here in 2022, the company that hired me rented a condo in this building. My unit was number 1213, it included internet. Long story short, the condo manager, named Nelson, had the internet tapped, and when I made a payment through my credit card, the guy stole $5,000 from me. Don't use the internet that comes with the units.

I really enjoyed staying at a unit with Sky View Suites. The suite was at a convenient location in the Financial District! The staff were all super helpful, kind, and attentive. It was also really clean. I’d definitely stay there again!

I had a pretty good stay at Sky View Suites. You can truly tell how much they care for their customers and how much attention they pay to the maintenance of their units. The furniture was all fairly new and was in good condition, as were the appliances. Everything was up to date and was routinely checked. The unit was also in pretty good shape, there were no scratches or dents or anything that was physically displeasing. The housekeeping was done in an efficient manner. The staff also did a fine job of communicating with us and did their best to meet our concerns or questions.
