The best Location you could possibly imagine in Toronto. Also the basement is really confortable, clean and it has all the things that you'd need. 10 out of 10.
Overall great apartment/place. Pros: - location downtown close to scotia arena, CN tower, Rogers Center, Aquarium, harbour front etc. - Longos (grocery) across the street - lots of take away possibilities near by - close to Union station (Go trains, subway and the UP airport train) - building security (safety) - owners nice and helpful. Responded quickly and helped with any questions. - nice pool and fitness area on the first floor (M). - Dishwasher, washing+drying machine in the apartment. Cons: - Fire alarms (false alarms…) were activated approximately once weekly. Day and night. - a lot of traffic and noice on balcony/outside (that is what to be expected living down town Toronto I guess)
I stayed there because my condo was being renovate and needed a place short term for 2 months. The TBA team went above and beyond. The condo was beautifully furnished, wonderful location and most importantly, very clean and fully equipped. I refer them to everyone I know and will absolutely choose to stay with them again.
Everything was perfect during my stay, the apartment is cozy, the location is awesome and the facilities are just as shown in the pictures. I had a blast and would definitely recommend it to someone else!
I had a great experience staying at this condominium And the host was always very nice and helpful. Condo is pretty new and clean. I love it and I would stay again there without hesitating. Subways is super close as well
