I've been using DLK for my skin treatment for many years now. I've remained loyal to them due to the quality of results, the quality of the individuals who are employed there and the quality of the facility. The first series of treatments I received at DLK is actually my favourite one: I had a terrible scar on the front of my lower left leg. It was corrected the best that they could by using a laser treatment. The result was miraculous. The scar looks a hundred times better than it originally did. The staff make you feel safe and comfortable to say the least. The facility is clean, comfortable and sound. Some complain about pricing - This is a medical facility, it's located in Annex and it's next door to Yorkville.
Before I met, Dr. Kellett I did not have good results having seen other dermatologists in the GTA and the United States. After analyzing my skin type and recommending laser treatments on a regular basis, Dr. Kellett improved my skin tone and made my skin even to my satisfaction. Dr. Kellett is very attentive to my high level of expectations for my skin. I don't think there is any dermatologist in North America that has Dr. Kellett’s knowledge and know how to fix the skin to perfection. I normally never write these reviews but Dr Kellett and her team over at DLK truly deserve this…. Never have I ever been completely comfortable at a medical facility. As soon as I come in, I am greeted by dedicated and caring staff who are highly professional and friendly. As for Dr. Kellett, she is highly knowledgeable and was able to get my spots removed on the same day. She made me feel completely comfortable and I barely felt the procedure. She is highly personable and has an amazing bedside manner—you don’t see that much these days. Love DLK and will never go anywhere else for my skin needs.

Horrible waste of money, this place is a scam. I spent over $500 here for a consult and a skin treatment; the consult was rushed and the treatment did NOTHING to help my skin discoloration. PLEASE BEWARE!! I was tempted by the 5 star reviews, but keep in mind that the review distribution is extremely suspicious - I would not be surprised if many of the five star reviews are faked. Go somewhere else if you value your time and money.
