Just tried this place for the first time and i really love the concept of this healthy fast food thing. The staff was also helpful too as he went me through the whole menu, shout out to Las, he's really nice to the customers!
Had a pad Thai at this place and it tasted phenomenal, one of the staffs was really friendly and helpful too, his name is Las, he’s very sweet with customers :)
I was visiting town and was surprised seeing basil box here the food was really good and on top of that the service was top notch I believe my server was las he was super friendly and was a pleasant to be around if you see this thanks for your service really appreciate it :)
Amazing food and amazing customer service, had a nice chat with the employees, I think one of their name was Las, very friendly and accommodating with my slight peanut allergy. Overall great experience, would recommend!
Came here on May 10th just before they closed. I ordered pad thai with shrimp for my 5 year old and basil chicken for me so we could take it home to eat and avoid making dinner after a busy day. When I opened the boxes the noodles were white with zero sauce on them. The girl working didn’t put ANY sauce for either dish. What a huge waste of time and money. NEVER GO HERE.
I honestly love Basil Box! They always prepare my box fresh! ♥️ Their King location introduced a new Cafe concept called Saigenh Corner which offers Viet Iced Coffee, Cookies & their flan-tastic flan Definitely a must try! ✨
Health food, excellent service, fancy environment. Pictures can tell. I especially like their lemongrass chicken with white rice, it tasted fresh and not that oily. Sweet potato and pepper are always my favorite. I would definitely love to go back again.
