Classic Hainese chicken served with unlimited rice and soup. Really good for the price and the flavour is good too . It can get busy but it’s worth it. Ordered the side of roasted pork too and that was delicious .
Are you Malaysian or Singaporean? Then you'll love this place as the taste does hit home very well. Love the food, wish for better sitting area. When it's packed... oh hell it's so cramped and uncomfortable, especially during wintear wear season. But definitely come try the food here at least once. It'll get you hooked! Free rice and soup refills. Verdict: Must try!
The food is surprisingly tasty. Went there 1st to have lunch with a colleague. Was thinking it is a regular fast Asian food place but the beef noodles I ordered was really good. Definitely will go back again and try others
Was looking for this because there’s nothing else in the area. But unfortunately, the food was not up to par. As its name imply, its “fusion”, not really the authentic southeast Asian cuisine. Rice chicken was boney. Rice lacked chicken oil. And the chilli sauce became Chinese chilli oil. Overall a subpar experience. At least the clear (chicken?) soup was good and I believe it’s all you can drink.
Nanyang Fusion is a hidden gem! The Hainanese chicken rice was great with the sauces. That chicken soup. I am definitely coming back for that! Great service, cozy atmosphere, and Southeast Asian flavors done right.
The food here was so good! The chicken broth they serve with your meal is maybe the best broth I’ve ever had. We got the saliva chicken and hainan chicken and both were excellent. My partner who doesn’t normally like the numbing spice, really liked the saliva chicken!
Chicken was so cold. Bad service. The table is too high compared to the chair which creates an uncomfortable feeling. I think around downtown Toronto there are better Hainanse Chicken restaurants for us to experience like Deer Garden or Mars Village and I will never return to this store.
