Beautiful store! Latest of tech. Wow! Was in for service issue s7 phone. Staff very helpful, friendly, efficient. Great service, however the technicians are very busy being the only store doing repairs so the actual service took a number of days. Not really a big deal as I was provided a loaner S7 with a $200 deposit. Money still not put back in my account, a couple of days later. That's likely more a bank issue holding the funds as long as they can get away with it. Overall Samsung experience excellent!
I was looking for a portable battery charger. The one that was on display was not in stock, so I had to buy the one that was $10 more. I also didn't like how the security guard followed me as I browsed the selection. This was my first visit, and to be racially profiled. How disappointing. The person who helped me pick my battery charger was knowledgeable, courteous, and made me feel like I was her only client. The store was clean, organized, and well presented. I look forward to returning.
This store is really cool and has a lot of cool stuff inside. my friend needed to charge her phone so we were able to go in and do that. there are virtual reality headsets in there for people to go and experience that for their first time. There are a lot of staff and a lot of products. the layout is really interesting because everything is so spaced out. Does the store have to be as large as it is? I really don't think it's necessary for this store to be super big like it is. The staff are really friendly and if you're interested in buying a Samsung device I would recommend going here for help.
Went to trade in my phone (Google pixel 2 XL) for the note9. Got told one pricing ($270) and said I would consider it. Went back the next day to do the trade in, went and saw a new sales associate who looked at my phone. Told me because there is some paint missing off the bezel it's "Damaged" and offered me 50% less then what was offered the day before. What a joke. $160 for a pixel 2 XL because the bezel had a paint chip taken off it. No thanks. I'll take my buisness elsewhere,lost a good sale and wasted my time.
I went there today to buy my note 9 and the young sales person named Max renewed my faith in good customer service. Friendly knowledgeable and kind. Keep up the exceptional service Max. You rock buddy. Samsung is lucky to have you on their team.
