I called LDC Masters this morning , they came and pick up my 85 in TV , and took it to their shop , repairs it and got it back on the same day. Very fast and reliable service . Thanks to them my TV is up and running now.
LCD Masters Inc. is Incompetent! Do not expect to get a year warranty on their repairs or any service they provide to you. Think! Maybe 90 days as they offered me. As a Senior, why would I become a victim of $480 because my TV has no picture or sound . I Called Samsung Canada I was told that cracked screens cannot be repaired. Contrary to LCD Masters Inc what they claim. Just another scam. CAUTION! To All Seniors and Consumers out there. Best of Luck!
WHAT A GONG SHOW! DO NOT GO HERE! I dropped my TV off here to be repaired on October 2. They said it would be examined right away. I dropped in on October 3 and said they examined it, but would need parts and would be fixed no later than October 7. I then drove to their shop on October 11 and they told me they ordered the wrong part and that my TV was not fixed. Even though they had my cell number, they did not communicate anything to me!! I missed the entire week of the Blue Jays beating the Yankees in the American League playoffs thinking my TV was going to be fixed. This place is a TOTAL DISASTER!!
LCD Masters are not transparent when it comes to prices and warranty they're very sketchy when I was asking questions. Please be aware of this to all consumers and seniors out there. Do not trust them. FREE ESTIMATE? NOTHING IS FREE THESE DAYS. NOTHING! Nothing is for free these days especially when it comes to estimates on TVs but they definitely mail you when it comes to prices and no warranty behind it as from I've seen on the reviews do you have been warned. I do not recommend LCD Masters Inc.
The owner delivers tvs himself and he was really helpful with my tv setup. It was a huge 75 tv and I live by myself so I couldn't be more thankful! The TV is basically new and works perfectly. Highly recommended.
I am A Leaside Resident, I am very disppointed with so called "LCD Masters" ! This place came to me and took my TV away, without even a simple check. After a week passed, they repaired my 55' Sony XBR and charged me $450+tax with a 90 Day warranty that has no weight. One week passes and same issue. My Sony XBR Shut Down Again! So Stressed! I called them and they told me to bring it in. They had no issues picking it up ghe first time and charging me $80 Cash. I believe they do not want to repair it under warranty, because when I said I will bring it in, the response was you need another payment of $200-$300 for another part. So despite all my efforts, they are dishonest with the public. I would not put to much trust in them for the Five Star Reviews. Just DO NOT TRUST them. CONSUMER BEWARE!
I put Windex on my screen and basically burnt out my TV screen had bunch of lines I called many places and they wanted like a $1000 to $1500 for a brand new screen when it's not worth it to replace a four-year-old TV. I call Jacob at LCD Masters not only did he find me a screen and fix my TV but he only charged me 400 bucks to do it. I had called 10 other places and none of them could do it or it was an outrageous amount of money. I called Jacob and brought the tv to him he had it done the next day if you need parts for anything to do with TVs or LCD screens or service for your tv give LCD Masters a call Jacob and his team really know their stuff. With regards to repairing screens Jacob is the only company in all of the GTA area that has a cof ribbon press. Call around and you will see what I'm talking about with regards to screens , usually if your screen goes the tv is worthless but because LCD Masters has this machine they are able to fix screen and everything else to do with TVs. They even sell tvs there also great prices. Thanks again Jacob for all your help you and your team TV's working great
