If it's not one thing it's another. Very incompetent could not give me a direct answer and was working out of his garage which made me scratch my head and say what is going on with these service personnel in the city of Toronto. Definitely not recommended to family or friends.
I had a hard time speaking and communication hurdle. TV repair with Kalvin was not clear. I don't know who works out of the garage fixing smart TVs, but people are leaving 5 star reviews. No warranty, only 30 days. I don't feel comfortable. Not worth the $$$$
Kalvin fixed my TV back in 2023 when I first arrived in Toronto but I forgot to leave him a review. A Jewish dude scammed me by selling his faulty TV and I was scrambling to fix it. Kalvin bless him, took a look at my TV and stated the issue. Even gave me alternatives so that we can discuss the best solution. I ended repairing it with him. He even sent the TV home for free. I have nothing but kind words.. I recommended his service left and right over the years. Thanks Kalvin! - Malaysian girl.
Simply just a waste of my time. Call lasted under 30 seconds of rudeness and confusion. This must of been the worse customer service I have ever experienced over the phone in such a short time.
One Star! That's even giving him to much. I did NOT understand one word he said! I Took the day off work MY TIME WAS WASTED IN THE WORSE WAY! I wanted my TV for the office presentation. Promised I would have it back within 48 hours. Did not happen! Undependable service! So unprofessional for service, never again.
Wasted my time, could not communicate with Kalvin,he kept interrupting me and he was more concerned about the model number. Did NOT allow me to get a word in. I just wanted to know about if he uses new original parts on repairs and was not tranparetra at all of this question. It was simply a YES NO question! He did NOT anserw me and hung up! I was asking, so money will not be wasted again. Not Recommended!
My LED TV got no display, call Kevin for the service, he came and figure out the issue, and replace the TV control board for me, fast service with good price, highly recommended.
