There’s a black woman with a mild accent at the front counter with the absolute worst attitude I’ve ever seen. She gave me the dirtiest look and rolled her eyes at me because I reminded her to apply the seniors discount to my mothers’ item.
The elderly lady who worked there kept verbally abusing me. Was there Sep 24. This was a racial issue. Sadly this is what to expect from Torontonians. No class.
I visited for the first time and was really happy with the selection that they had, plenty of cute designer pieces. The store is really well organized which is important for any shopping experience. I needed help a a few times along the way and a really sweet lady named Zeta was extremely polite and helpful. Will definitely be back to this location.
This store has 2 consistent rude staff. They don't know basic customer service. Lately, the inventory has not been great and pricey too. I hope this review is taken constructively and action is taken.
Browns have taken over this store and their service became worst fron worse! Had to wait in line for almost an hour, there are 4 cashiers and only one was working and the brown lady moves like a sloth on purpose
Really good book selection and overall deals. Some of the staff aren't the nicest people. Would have been 5 stars but unfortunately it was not 5 star service to try and resolve the situation at hand. Maybe on the next visit it will be a more positive experience.
Do not shop here. I was treated very poorly by a staff member, they don't have change rooms and the prices are outrageous for Goodwill. You'd do better to go to Walmart down the street
