I have been to this store several times lately and I have seen the same woman sleeping at the back of the store on a chair for sale. It is very off putting when you want to look at the furniture section. I am not sure how this okay with management. When I mentioned this to someone else shopping in the store, they told me this is an everyday occurrence and this same woman also happens to take the one handicap spot from before opening until about 6pm basically everyday when she can walk and run just fine when new items come out in the store. This is very disturbing to me and so wrong, considering people who actually need that one parking spot infront of your store, cannot access your store with ease. Is this woman getting special privileges? Or is everyone allowed to behave in this same manner?

This is my favorite salvation army store, but I find the staff to be quite rude and unhelpful. Plus they say jobs are available and when you ask about it they tell you no jobs yet I see new people all the time. I find good stuff but you need to go early or it all gets snatched up.

I don’t understand why the store does not regard the cart hounds as loiterers , it’s brazen and obviously condoned - a systemic change is needed , not platitudes.

I had a terrible experience with this store. Its returns policy is simply a rip off. First, I couldn’t try any item I liked because all fitting rooms are closed, should be notified to anybody in advance.Of course, some items didn’t fit and I went back the other day and right away I was told there is no refund. The only thing that you can get it’s a gift card in exchange. It means they push you to buy their stuff taking your money without consent, what if the clothes I tried did not work out? I would’ve found out initially if they had fitting rooms available. I am very disappointed, I was wondering who is running this business? There is no consideration for customer's rights. The worst thing is that you realized it once you got home and check the receipt. I won’t recommend this place.

My favorite place to visit. I come here twice a week and they have so many great stuff hehe. I found so many pretty things here. Just love it, btw all of the outfits down here are from them

You shouldn’t let people hang out in you Store all day! Some of these thrifters are loud, rude and intimidating..used to be a great store but not anymore…

This store is dirty, messy and disorganized. Clothes are not in any kind of order. Sizes are all mixed-up! Quality not that good or very old and junky. Overpriced! Gave up looking for my size after 30 minutes! Washroom was very, very dirty. I have notified staff several times but no improvements over the last 6 months. They do not seem to care.
