Quick service, good prices. I was given the run-around by a bunch of fancy boutique shops. Found this one on Google and was not disappointed. I was in and out for a battery replacement within 3 to 5 minutes.

Oh my gosh - this is an amazing business operation! I couldn't believe how fast the service was. I brought 3 watches to replace the battery - before I finished asking about replacing a scratched crystal face on another watch, the other person had already finished. This was unbelievable! What I valued the most, besides the efficiency, is that they don't care what brand name of watch you have compared to all other places which charge a higher amount for battery based on the expense of the watch. I will be a life long customer and highly recommend to everyone. I never give reviews - but this is much deserved!
Update 2021: The new location on Church Street is not fully accessible as you are required to go up a step at the entrance and down a flight of stairs to the basement. Service is quick and efficient BUT sadly, on my last visit I found staff shopping on eBay for products (watch bands for one) to be sold in their store. That doesn't exactly inspire confidence for a watch store. If I want something from eBay, I can get it myself and save the right up in price. June/2019: Required minor tweak on a watch and once again, 5 star pleasant service. Noticed a nice assortment of watches and rings so if you're in the market, perhaps this business should be on your radar. *** Super friendly service and will take the time to explain their work should it be required. Watch repair, battery replacement, sales, etc. Quite happy and will be a returning customer.
