Being in the aviation industry, purchasing a Breitling is almost a right of passage. I was excited to look at the Navitimer watches while in town, but was disappointed that the sales representative was text messaging on his cell phone the entire time while helping my wife and I. Call me old fashioned but is it too much to expect the full attention of a sales representative when you're interested in spending $12,000 on a watch?

Dropped a watch off for service. Bought another Breitling watch while I was there. Nice people. Friendly and helpful staff. Breitling makes 90% less watches than Rolex, making them much more collectable.
First of all, I love breitling watches and this boutique in yorkdale mall, they have variety of watches in different collections. The person who helped me was very welcomed, kind and knowledgeable about not just breitling even other brands as well. He was very patient cause I spend around hour there and try different watches and finally I bought the navitimer which I love it and one more important thing is that he changed and size the strap less than 2 minutes which is fast.
